RETURNS POLICY

The purchased goods may be returned within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery date.
Returns will only be honoured if the label remains intact and in perfect conditions and in their original packaging.
Returns that are damaged, soiled or returned without all labels may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods. We recommend that you use a courier for the return of the Product(s) in order to allow the tracking of the shipment. Hockley will not be held responsible for refund or compensation of goods that have been lost, stolen or damaged.

When you return goods, the credit will be issued in the same form as payment for the original order less any taxes or import duties incurred, if your order is being shipped back to us from outside of the UK.  The original shipping charges will not be refunded.

Hockley will make every effort to promptly refund the Customer within 14 days (fourteen) from the written order cancellation request and receipt of the returned goods. We will send an e-mail confirmation once the refund has been completed.

Please note that for the duration of our sale we do not offer exchange or refund unless the goods are faulty.

Please note that we can only issue refunds on goods that are shipped back to us within 14 (fourteen) days of receipt.
